Boys Basketball
Under the leadership of Coach Scott Vaughan, the Canterbury boys varsity basketball teams have a record of 182 wins and 48 losses over seven seasons. To date, TAPPS has selected ten Canterbury players to the First-Team All-State list. The 2011-12 team returns three starters and six total players from the 2010-11 finalist team.
Coach Vaughan is in his eighth year is head coach of the Cougars. He brings previous experience from two high schools, leading three teams to the state championship game, and boasts an overall high school record of 326 wins and 77 losses. Vaughan coached on the collegiate level for nine years and is in his fifth year as a NBA advance scout.
