A Canterbury education is a major investment in your child's future, and the school stands ready to assist families to meet this commitment. The Canterbury Episcopal School is devoted to the principle that qualified students should be able to attend the school regardless of ability to pay.

Each year, the Canterbury Financial Aid Committee awards grants to families to help defray the cost of independent education. All awards are made on the basis of need. It is expected that all families must make this educational experience a first priority, both in time and attention spent with their children as well as in their budgeting of financial resources.

The Canterbury Episcopal School uses the services of FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment in Lincoln , Nebraska to determine need. The report of financial need computed by FACTS is used by the Canterbury Committee to determine how much aid to grant.

Contact the Finance Office (Marilyn Cooper ) for a Financial Aid Packet. The Grant & Aid Assessment Application must be sent to FACTS by April 15, 2006 (through mail or on-line). All applications and financial aid documents are kept strictly confidential. Financial assistance may be offered only after determining that all resources of the parents are insufficient to meet the student's total educational expenses. Awards are made by the Canterbury Financial Aid Committee beginning in early April. Financial assistance is granted strictly on the basis of demonstrated need.

If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact the Finance Office.
