(1) Billing Options

1) Enrollment Fee $650 2) Complete Payment due July 1st – 30 day Late Fee of $200 NOTE: Major Plan I grants $200 discount per family.	1) Enrollment Fee $650 2) ½ due July 1st, ½ due Nov 1st. 30 day Late Fee of $50, 60 day Late Fee of $100. Each ½ payment totals: K= $3460; 1-2= $4150; 3-5= $4275; 6-8= $4590; 9-12= $4950.	1) Enrollment Fee $650 2) Each Family on ten-payment plan signs an agreement with FACTS. FACTS will draft your checking, savings or credit card, for each payment. A $25 FACTS missed payment fee will be automatically deducted from your account for each payment attempt that is missed. All Tuition payments must be complete by March 20, 2009.

(2) Tuition Assistance (NOT available for K)

This is available in grades 1-12 strictly on the bases of demonstrated financial need. Online application www.factstuitionaid.com Information required includes 1040 or 1040A and W-2 Wage & Tax Statements. Paper applications and information may be obtained from the Finance Office. All students must pay Enrollment Fee $650. If Tuition Assistance Grant not sufficient, Enrollment Fee refunded.

(3) Sibling Discount

The eldest child is at full cost. Additional children receive 5% discount. The discount applies to tuition only. Students with Tuition Assistance do not qualify for Sibling Discount.

(4) Enrollment Note

1) F ull Enrollment Fee ($650) is required for all students entering on or before Oct. 31, 2008. One half Enrollment Fee ($325) required of all students entering on or after Nov 1, 2008.

2) Tuition will be prorated for all students entering after November 1, 2008.

(5) Books - Grades 3-12

All text books are in addition to the Tuition and Enrollment Fee.

1) After School
a)Full Year Plan - $1530 ($170/mo., Sept-May) After School and Before School care
b)Drop-in- After School Care Option $100/child or $125/family registration fee. AND $5.00 per hour or any portion thereof.

2) Before School (7:15-7:45AM)
$3.00 per day for any portion thereof.

(7) Lunch Tickets (optional)

Students may either bring their lunches to school or buy a lunch.
