Tuition and Fees

2018-2019

Application Fee

A $150 application fee is due at the time of application for new students only.

 

Tuition Deposit

A $1,000 ($500 PreK) Tuition Deposit is due with the Enrollment Contract.  Alternatively, in K-12, $ 500 is due with the enrollment contract and the balance plus service fee ($700 total) will be added to your monthly FACTS contract.

*For those applying with FAST for a flexible tuition rate: if the amount is not sufficient to meet your family’s needs, the Tuition Deposit can be refunded.  FAST applications for returning students must be submitted by March 20, 2018 to be considered for a flexible tuition rate.

Three Tuition Payment Plans are available for the 2018-2019 academic year.

*There is a service charge included in Plans B and C after deposit.

Set-up fee of $50

Payments must be completed by March 2018

Plan above reflects payments beginning in April 2018 and completed by March 20, 2019.


Sibling Discount

Eldest child is at full cost.

 Second child has a 10% discount.

Additional children have a 40% discount.

Financial Policies

All tuition and fees are Non-Refundable.

When a check is returned for insufficient funds, or any other reason, a $35 charge will be added to the account.

 

Late Fee

A $200 per month late fee is assessed for all payments more than 15 days late.  Late fees are not prorated.

 

Tuition Refund Plan

Tuition Refund Plan is mandatory for all semi-annual and monthly payment plans:

Other Costs

Book Fee

$300 (For Prekindergarten through third grade.  All others are responsible for purchasing their textbooks.)

Books can be purchased through MBS Direct at Bookstore.MBSDirect.net/TheCanterburySchool.htm

 

Programming Fee

$350 (For all students.  Includes field trips and yearbook.)  For sixth grade trip, students fund raise during the school year.

 

Athletic Fee

$400 (For Upper School athletes only)

 

Lunch

Students may bring a lunch or buy a lunch through Wholesome Food Services.

Uniforms – Note changes in the dress code for the coming year.

Uniforms can be purchased from LoneStar Team Gear, 2223 West Park Row, Pantego, TX 76013, phone: 682-401-6973.  If you order online through our website, orders will be hand-delivered to your home within one week at no charge.
